As longtime "plant people," my husband and I feel a rain gauge is very important...he watches ours like a hawk.

We also are almost complusive temperature watchers.

My head serves a barometer - fast-moving fronts cause me to develope massive migraines. However, I anecdotally, I've always felt that the behavior of children and students of all ages varies with the barometric pressure. One Christmas, my present from husband was a barometer happy

I'd love my own recoding hygrometer and recording wind gauge (sock). Ah, my own weather station would be nice happy
